Industrial Factory Cleaner

Job Role:

We are looking for a self-employed person to perform cleaning duties around our factory. There are also some general maintenance tasks.

This is industrial cleaning, there is no cleaning of toilets etc its more about keeping our various working cells clean of grease, dirt, metal swarf and ongoing floor maintenance across the factory and paint shops.

The role would suit a good handy man, DIY person who maybe is looking for part time work or possibly already self-employed but needs more hours.

Applicant must have good English.

The role includes:-

 

Cleaning 20,000 feet factory floor with vacuum assisted industrial cleaner ( training provided )

Emptying bins of general waste.

Emptying beneath machines waste such as metal swarf.

Painting floors

Painting walls

The person needs to be aware of HSE in a factory, be of good health etc and willing to work self-employed.

Responsibilities include maximising production output, filter and die face cleans, blend changes, ensuring material supplies and material feed are maintained at all times.

It is essential that candidates have a current RTITB Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck Licence.

Position Summary:

As a service technician, you will be part of a team whose responsibilities include build, service and repair of Environmental and Process Monitoring instrumentation.

This role is primarily office based but may also act as back-up support for field service and therefore short periods of time away from the office could be required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean, assemble and test exchange products.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join our team in Winsford as part of a Level 2 Apprenticeship, with the possibility of progressing to Level 3. Upon completion of the apprenticeship, the role responsibilities will be:

  • Mechanical assembly of a range of process mass spectrometers and analysers for use in industrial settings:

    o Build of vacuum sub-assemblies with great attention to detail and, depending on requirements, to cleanroom standards

    • Maintain Health and Safety and 5S / Lean principles within the manufacturing department
    • Ensure a continued awareness of the Manufacturing assembly schedule and work in an efficient and effective manner in order to meet the business commitments

    • Undertake cross-training as well as providing training to others in the department, to ensure continued cover of all skills and roles within the small team

Core Cutter – Days

We are currently recruiting for a Core Cutter who will be responsible to cut cores following the planned schedule, efficiently and accurately with a minimum of waste, and supply to the production units.

You will also conduct stock checks, ensuring customer returned cores meets the criteria required, and that housekeeping and hygiene standards are consistently maintained.
