Former Tesco/Wincanton Site Plans
Lasalle Investment Managers in combination with Lynton Developments have acquired the freehold of the former redundant and empty Tesco/Wincanton site.
They are due to place a detailed planning application for the refurbishment of 100,000 sq ft of the space plus the demolition of the rest to make way for a new high bay and high specification unit of 175,000 sq ft.
