The Annual General Meeting of the Winsford 1-5 Business Environment Group will be held on the 18th April 2007, between 10.30am and 11.00am at the Portal Championship Golf Club.
The annual general meeting will see the presentation of the Annual Report of the Executive Group, which shall incorporate the accounts of the partnership and its activities. The AGM will also announce the results of the election for the Executive Members and the Chair, and consider any proposals to alter the constitution.
BID levy paying businesses who would also like to nominate a person for a role on the executive must contact Greville Kelly at Groundwork (Tel 0870 241 5886) for further details regarding roles on the executive.
The AGM will then be followed by a Forging Links Business Networking event sponored by Vale Royal Borough Council.
