The Executive Group is elected annually by the Winsford 1-5 Business Environment Group at the AGM. The Executive Board consists of a Chair, Vice Chair, Treasurer as well as four Executives with specific responsibility for Transport, Image, Business Support and Crime and Security.
Vale Royal Borough Council (core sponsor to the Business Improvement District) and Groundwork Environmental Business Services (project manager) also attend Executive Board meeting although they do not have voting powers.
The Executive Group meets five to six times a year, and consists of the following business representatives:
